Long and short urban courses, planned and organised by James Ackland.
Long course crosses some major through roads (e.g. Queensferry Road), not suitable for juniors. Please be prepared to stop and wait.
Short course crosses residential roads, car parking areas. You should not cross any major roads, unless you go the wrong way.
Start and registration on Belford Road (Sunbury Mews)
£2 / 50p entry, earlier than usual start times so you can enjoy the sunny summer's evening.
